Refund Policy for Online Courses:

    • Students who request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase will be eligible for a refund.
    • However, students who have completed at least 20% of the course content, including progress made in lectures that are not marked as complete but have been visited, will not be eligible for a refund.
  2. Refund Process:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  3. Exclusions:
    • After the 7-day period from the date of purchase has elapsed, no refunds will be issued.
    • Students who have completed at least 20% of the course, as determined by our internal tracking system, will not be eligible for a refund.
    • Once the refund is approved by our internal team, the student will receive the refund amount within 10 to 15 days.

    • Upon receiving a refund, the student's access to the course content will be revoked.
  5. Exceptional Circumstances:
    • In exceptional cases, such as technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, we may consider refund requests beyond the 7-day period. Such decisions will be made at our sole discretion.
