Select Windows Offline Option depending upon your system architecture which you can get from System information.

a. Go to downloads & double click on the java run time environment setup.

b. If you are not the admin of your computer then it will ask for admin password which you can get from your admin team & if its your personal computer then it will not ask anything.

c. Click on install & java run time environment is successfully installed in your system.

Search environment variable on your PC & open it.

Click on environment variable & go to system variable.

Click on New in system variable & Type Variable Name as JAVA_HOME & path of the installed file which you can find out in your C drive & the path is similar to the one shown in figure.

Anaplan Connect Download

Scroll Down & download anaplan client file(v.2.1.0) on your system as a zip folder.

Extract that folder at your desired location.

a. Extracted folder will contain these many files as shown below.

b. Now to run anaplan connect, first you have to create a batch file for windows & shell script for mac.

c. There are some example files present inside the example folder just copy the file according to your requirement & paste it in the extracted folder because we have to keep Anaplan Client & batch file at the same location to run that script properly.

d. Right Click on the copied .bat file & click on edit to enter your Credentials.

e. Enter username, password, workspace Id , model Id, file path & name, action name in the script & save this file.

f. Double click on the file & command windows open where your file will gonna run.

g. Debug any error with the help of Anaplan Connect user guide present on Anapedia.
